Rajni Kumari

Rajni, a Gender Specialist, has dedicated herself to developing a profound understanding of
gender dynamics with various groups. She has engaged with both school students and the village
through her role at the Manjari Foundation's Dholpur location.
With a strong educational background, Rajni holds a B.A., B.Ed., and M.A. in Psychology, in
addition to an M.S.W. Her impressive journey in the field has spanned nine years, during
which she has honed her expertise and made a significant impact.
Rajni boasts three years of experience working with the Pankh Program and an additional
five years of experience as a Project Officer on Gender within the Udaan Tara program. Her
role involves collaborating with adolescents on matters related to gender and sexual
reproductive health, helping empower and educate them on these vital topics.
Despite starting with the intention of earning a living, Rajni discovered that her work evolved
into a genuine passion after joining the organization. This transformation not only altered the
direction of her career but also significantly impacted her life, guiding her toward a deeper
sense of purpose and commitment.
