In a move to boost rural economic development, Manjari Foundation have officially signed an Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Rajasthan Grameen Aajeevika Vikas Parishad (Rajeevika). ​This 5 year partnership will identify 10-12 high-potential enterprises and move them from local initiatives to market-ready businesses. A two-day training program was organised at Dariba location focusing on capacity building, teamwork and field skills for the group sakhis. Financial literacy training was conducted in Bhaldia, which included money management, savings, investment strategies, and maintaining income-expenditure balance. Information was also provided about Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana and Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana. In collaboration with RSETI, Manjari has trained thirty rural women from Batheda Khurd village, Mawli on artificial jewelry making.

I live in a very small village Putholi and belong to a middle-class family. I had married in small age. After marriage, I had continued my study after the 12th. Currently, I am working in the Self Help Group from where I can fulfil my needs. Career History 1. Eklavya Kids School(From 2014-16) Worked as a caretake for Play Group 2. Sanskar the School(From 2016-17) Worked as a mother teacher for class II 3. Global Wisdom Academy School (From 2017-19) Worked as a principal for 2 years 4. 2nd Chance Education Worked as a Sarthi after that also performed as an educator 5. Manjari Foundation (From July 2020 to till date) I had got chance to work with 4137 ladies There I am currently working as a manager for 40 VOs and 370 Self-help groups and it's very honourable for me. I have had the opportunity to increase the self-esteem and empowerment of women. I am very thankful to Manjari Foundation that they believe in me and I will definitely prove myself. It is really a golden opportunity for me and will work hard on it.
