Seventy women farmers in Udaipur received training on the Turmeric Package of Practices as part of the “Farmer’s Prosperity and Resilience through Climate Smart Tech Agriculture Project.” A three-day training on Books of Record was provided to 32 participants in Jhajjar to help them equip themselves with the skills needed to standardise record-keeping. Conducted a two-day workshop under the Entrepreneurship Development Program with Udyogini Didi's to assess their entrepreneurial potential and encourage innovative thinking. Successfully conducted a field exposure visit for 20 selected farmers from Jhadol block. Tge farmers visited organic farming resource centers, High-tech vegetable nursery and grocery stores. Recently organised a special event in 5 villages to discuss the potential and aspirations for rural Dhaulpur's development.

Ms. Pushpanjali Singh is a seasoned professional responsible for the management and coordination of all operations of the Sakhi Project at Manjari Foundation, overseeing locations in Chittorgarh and Dariba. Holding educational degrees of BCA, MBA in finance from JNU, Jaipur, and a Master's degree in Integrated Rural Development and Management from BHU, Varanasi, she has been actively involved in rural development initiatives since the early stages of her career.

With over 5 years of experience in the development sector, Ms. Pushpanjali Singh has expertise in formulating, designing, implementing, and monitoring projects with government stakeholders in Education, Rural Development Departments, Social Development, and Non-Farm livelihoods. She has worked on the promotion of Gender Resource Centres (GRCs), Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), and women empowerment projects, focusing on social mobilization, institution building, addressing gender-based violence, Village Prosperity Resilience Plans (VPRP), Panchayati Raj Institution-CBO collaborations, training development, and organizational development in rural settings. Prior to joining Manjari Foundation, she was associated with Jharkhand State Livelihood Promotion Society (JSLPS), working on rural transformation of communities to promote livelihood among rural women through SHG, VO, and CLF with projects initiated by MoRD, also managing training and capacity building. She was also associated with Aavishkaar Foundation of Aavishkaar Group in Eastern Uttar Pradesh, where she focused on promotion and implementation of the Young Entrepreneurship Program and Entrepreneur Investing Program in 21 districts, working with schools and colleges.

Her extensive experience and expertise position her as a key professional in managing and coordinating impactful projects in rural development and empowerment at Manjari Foundation.
