She boasts a proven track record in community-led institution building, capacity building, project management, livelihood promotion, and digital innovation.
Throughout her diverse roles, from Block Project Manager to District Manager and State-level Young Professional, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership. Notably, she served as District Nodal Officer for developing a National Level Immersion site. Her achievements include, formation of over 2,000 Self-Help Groups (SHGs), overseeing large-scale data digitization projects with LOKOS and Rajsakhi applications.
Her passion lies in creating scalable, community-led models that drive sustainable rural growth, making her a valuable asset in the field of rural development.
