Successfully conducted a field exposure visit for 20 selected farmers from Jhadol block. Tge farmers visited organic farming resource centers, High-tech vegetable nursery and grocery stores. Recently organised a special event in 5 villages to discuss the potential and aspirations for rural Dhaulpur's development. At Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh, awareness programs on Livelihood Skill Development Training and Nutrition Management were conducted in four villages to equip individuals with the knowledge necessary to improve their socio-economic status and adopt healthy practices for a better quality of life. Successfully conducted a two-day Entrepreneurship Development Program training in collaboration with DS Group empowering 30 dedicated women and farmers with knowledge on entrepreneurial mindset, business planning basics, opportunity identification, and local enterprise development strategies.

Rampal Meena has been associated with Manjari Foundation since 2019. Rampal Meena is
support of poverty reduction and livelihood program through Women Institution in the
organization. He holds a degree in MSW from Indira Gandhi National Open University, Delhi.
He worked with Rajeev Gandhi Mahila Vikas Pariyojana (up) and Indian Farm Forestry
Development Cooperative Limited under DPIP Project. His core areas of expertise include
strengthen women institutions through capacity building and livelihood, sustainable
agriculture through compost with Zero Budget Farming, cadre development etc. He has
total working experience of 19 years in Women Institutions and their Capacity Building. He is
based at Location Dariba, Rajsamand (Rajasthan) and implementing “Sakhi” Project, The
special initiative of Hindustan Zinc.
