In a move to boost rural economic development, Manjari Foundation have officially signed an Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Rajasthan Grameen Aajeevika Vikas Parishad (Rajeevika). ​This 5 year partnership will identify 10-12 high-potential enterprises and move them from local initiatives to market-ready businesses. A two-day training program was organised at Dariba location focusing on capacity building, teamwork and field skills for the group sakhis. Financial literacy training was conducted in Bhaldia, which included money management, savings, investment strategies, and maintaining income-expenditure balance. Information was also provided about Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana and Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana. In collaboration with RSETI, Manjari has trained thirty rural women from Batheda Khurd village, Mawli on artificial jewelry making.

Naresh Nain is working as a Program Director in Manjari Foundation and is based at Udaipur Rajasthan. He has over 16 years of rural development experience working with Professional Assistance for Development Action and Manjari Foundation in villages of red corridors of Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan. He has completed a master in English literature and Master in business administration (MBA) from Kurukshetra University. He has been awarded a Netherlands Fellowship and completed development courses from Wageningen Netherland. He studied in South Africa and Indonesia as well. He has formulated, designed, implemented and supervised livelihood-based projects funded by corporate, philanthropic, government and CSR as well. His expertise areas are community mobilization, building their institutions like Self-Help Groups, federations, and producer companies for promoting sustainable livelihoods.

He is the instrumental to replicating SHG model in West Africa Mali and Senegal. He is also empanelled as a National Resource Person by NIRDPR Hyderabad and supporting state SRLMs for implementation of National Rural Livelihood Mission project. He is also appointed Certified Sustainability Assessor by Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). He has been working committee member in the sub-group on Women Empowerment and Security formed by NITI Ayog. He is also part of member in the livestock development committee formed by government of Rajasthan.
