In a move to boost rural economic development, Manjari Foundation have officially signed an Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Rajasthan Grameen Aajeevika Vikas Parishad (Rajeevika). ​This 5 year partnership will identify 10-12 high-potential enterprises and move them from local initiatives to market-ready businesses. A two-day training program was organised at Dariba location focusing on capacity building, teamwork and field skills for the group sakhis. Financial literacy training was conducted in Bhaldia, which included money management, savings, investment strategies, and maintaining income-expenditure balance. Information was also provided about Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana and Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana. In collaboration with RSETI, Manjari has trained thirty rural women from Batheda Khurd village, Mawli on artificial jewelry making.

Harikant Sharma is a seasoned development professional with over 12 years of experience in market linkages, community institution building, and agri-based livelihood projects. He specializes in planning, implementation, financial management, and capacity building for farmers, enterprises, and community institutions. Harikant leads the Enterprise Development Program under the DS Group CSR initiative, overseeing 500 agriculture and dairy-based enterprises. He has played a key role in HDFC Bank CSR’s Parivartan FDP, impacting 10,000+ women farmers and mobilizing 15,216 families into community organizations. With strong leadership skills, he has developed 40+ dairy-based enterprises in Rajasthan, trained 250+ Village Organization Assistants, and liaised with government departments, NABARD, banks, and CSR projects to drive sustainable development. Academically, Harikant holds an M.Sc. in Agriculture (Entomology) and a B.Sc. in Agriculture, with specialized training in various agricultural practices.
