Seventy women farmers in Udaipur received training on the Turmeric Package of Practices as part of the “Farmer’s Prosperity and Resilience through Climate Smart Tech Agriculture Project.” A three-day training on Books of Record was provided to 32 participants in Jhajjar to help them equip themselves with the skills needed to standardise record-keeping. Conducted a two-day workshop under the Entrepreneurship Development Program with Udyogini Didi's to assess their entrepreneurial potential and encourage innovative thinking. Successfully conducted a field exposure visit for 20 selected farmers from Jhadol block. Tge farmers visited organic farming resource centers, High-tech vegetable nursery and grocery stores. Recently organised a special event in 5 villages to discuss the potential and aspirations for rural Dhaulpur's development.

Mr. Milind is a seasoned development engineer and watershed expert with extensive experience in sustainable development projects. He has designed and constructed over 6,700 water resource structures in Central India and African countries, including a dam on the Blue Nile in Ethiopia.

With a strong background in watershed development, Mr. Milind has planned, executed, and monitored 103 watershed areas covering 111,450 hectares in four Indian states. He has worked with a team of 83 members and collaborated with prominent organisations like NABARD, CAPART, and Tata's SRTT & SDTT.
Mr. Milind's expertise extends to rural development and infrastructure planning, including low-cost housing, sanitation blocks, and water supply systems. He has trained district heads, CEOs, and community members on watershed development and water management. Additionally, he has successfully cultivated crops using precision farming techniques, including hydroponics and polyhouse farming. His projects have made significant contributions to water conservation, rural livelihood enhancement, and climate change adaptation.


With a strong commitment to sustainable development, Mr. Milind has designed and implemented various projects, including water resource projects in Dholpur, Rajasthan, and other parts of India. His experience in community mobilisation, capacity building, and sustainable agriculture makes him a valuable resource for development projects. Through his work, Mr. Milind continues to make a positive impact on rural communities and the environment.
