He's been a team leader, an assistant, and an accountant, and he's always done well in each position and associated with us since the formation of Manjari Foundation. He has extensive knowledge of accounting, budgeting, auditing, and regulatory compliance. He is good at interpersonal skills and being the asset of Manjari. Before Manjari, he spent five years in PRADAN as well. His expertise in establishment and maintenance of accounts and financial systems utilizing Volac, Tally and versatile in handling different software, Budgeting, Statutory Compliances, and Financial Statement preparation, conduct internal audits, handling various kind of audit types such as statutory audits and donor audits (both profit and non-profit organizations).
